Description: As you will know, earlier this year the European Parliament voted to adopt three new Directives, which will replace the existing Public Sector and Utilities Directives and introduces a new Directive for works and service concessions.  In response to this, LUPC and the Higher Education Procurement Academy (HEPA) are running a full-day EU training course with a professional trainer from Achilles, experts in EU procurement.

The morning session will provide attendees with the capability and confidence to understand and explore the New Directives, enabling practitioners to procure effectively and responsibly by understanding the benefits of the new legislation and appreciating the changes it will convey.

The afternoon session will be useful for professionals involved in regulated procurement and need to know the risks of the current law and the implications around challenges.
