A not-for-profit professional buying organisation owned by its Members, for its Members
LUPC - a member of Procurement England Ltd.
The new EU Directives, due to come into force on 26th February 2015, will impact upon all stages of the procurement procedure for contracts above the relevant financial thresholds. This will in turn affect the procedures and policies of organisations covered by the EU procurement regulations.
The Cabinet Office has indicated that it is their intention to transpose the new directives into domestic legislation within a relatively short period of time, and buyers from across affected LUPC Members will need to keep abreast of these changes in order to comply with the law.
LUPC is offering low-cost, professionally delivered training to support Members in learning about these changes and how they practically impact on their work.
