Procurement Officer vacancy

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is looking for a motivated, organised individual to join their small procurement team as a procurement officer on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful applicant will have:

  • proven project and contract management skills
  • knowledge of e-tendering tools,(Bravo would be an advantage)
  • experience conducting end-to-end tendering processes, including compliance with EU Procurement Regulations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work with minimum supervision
  • a CIPS qualification, and/or significant previous and relevant work experience.

The post is available immediately and will be appointed on LSHTM’ s Professional Support Pathway Grade 6, with a starting salary in the range £37,106 to £42,139 per annum, inclusive of London weighting. Membership of the USS Pension Scheme is available.
