The Procurement Act 2023 transparency obligations require public contracting authorities to publish up to 17 different notices throughout the procurement and contract management lifecycle.

This half-day workshop, led by expert procurement lawyer, Mohamed Hans, will provide step-by-step advice on completing the notices along with the opportunity for attendees to ask any questions. If you have any specific issues or queries relating to any of the notices, please provide your question at the time of registration.
