This session is for those in the early stages of their procurement career or for stakeholders with procurement responsibilities, at both contracting and non-contracting authorities. 


Course Content:

The course will cover:

  • What is Contract Management?
  • A step-by-step guide to developing effective contract management
  • How contract management can drive performance improvements and reduce cost 
  • How to ensure performance meets the organisation’s needs and objectives
  • Dealing with contractual difficulties & pricing review
  • How to introduce KPIs and service credits in key contracts, where performance is critical
  • Managing contractual changes and developing an exit plan.


As with all our training courses, we will run this workshop live and it will not be recorded.
