An email containing a link to LUPC's annual membership survey has been sent out to members today. 

LUPC is looking for feedback from members how how it is performing and for any suggestions for new services. What do we do well and what can we improve upon?

This year, we have enhanced the section on Framework Agreements, the principal reason for being a member of LUPC, to enable us to better understand whether we are meeting your needs.

We are also starting to shape our events and training plan for 2024-25, so request that members let us know in their survey response what would be beneficial for them, so we can look to provide this.

Member feedback is invaluable to ensure we are meeting, or even exceeding, members' expectations and to provide direction so we can continue to enhance our support to our members.

Members have until Friday 26 July to complete the survey. 

We will donate £5 for every member organisation, where one or more of their employees completes our membership survey, to Unseen. Unseen’s vision is a world without slavery. They aim to transform society’s response so all can live in a world free from such abuse and exploitation. In addition, we will enter individuals who fully complete a survey, into a draw to win a £50 Love2Shop Voucher (available to use at 80+ retail stores across the UK). Individual's will need to be identifiable and provide their email address in the survey to be entered into the draw.
