We are requesting our full members to send through their non-pay spend data from their accounts system for 2023-24.
This is so we can report one individual procurement activity by each member for the past year and also give information to help plan ahead. The deadline for receipt of spend data is 30 September 2024.
The Government has targets for Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050. If your organisation has similar ambitions, or if you’re already proceeding towards such a goal, the first step in this journey is to calculate your current emissions. LUPC’s Scope 3 reporting helps with this by calculating your annual procurement-based emissions using your spend data. Please send us your non-pay spend data from your accounts system for 2023-24, using the template attached, to spend@lupc.ac.uk.

Action required by you (full members)
To take advantage of the in-depth reporting and access to the Contract Uptake website, please send your non-pay spend data in this template to spend@lupc.ac.uk by 30 September 2024. We recommend including any spend over £1000 and completing as many fields as you are able in the template, filling out either the green tabs or the blue tab. Please note that the Supplier Key field is mandatory, and data cannot be processed for any submissions after the end of September.
