LUPC's new eProcurement Portal Framework, EU Supply, has launched a video guide to running an open OJEU tender. 

The 24-minute video provides a step-by-step guide to tendering, including how to use templates and supplier questionnaires. 

The EU Supply framework provides a simple, secure way of managing tendering and quotation activities. LUPC's senior category manager, Darran Whatley, says: "The Complete Tender Management (CTM) system from EU Supply had a quality score 21% higher than the next nearest rival and was by far the most technically advantageous system."

EU Supply and LUPC have designed the system together so that it will evolve through the collaboration between LUPC members.

Whatley states: "We can add templates over time which will make the tendering process even more efficient, not just for LUPC and its members but all UPCs and their members who use the system. We advise all our members to use the CTM e-tendering platform for their procurements, and are confident that it will make a difference."
