This framework allows you to buy through:
- Direct Award (via Ranking)
- Desktop Exercise.
- Mini-Competition.
You should choose the option most appropriate to your purchase taking into consideration; your Organisational Procurement Guidance and Financial Regulations, the product/service you wish to purchase and the specific requirements of your organisation.
**Mini-competition is recommended as the best option to obtain the most competitive offering for your specific requirements. Whilst a basket of goods was evaluated at framework level, many of the products in scope of this agreement are customisable and complex, so a mini-competition (or RFQ via the desktop calculator) would be advised.**
