LUPC’s current Ceremonial Gown and Photography Services framework agreement will expire on 18 March 2022. Work is currently underway to re-tender this framework.
We would welcome members from across UKUPC (APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC), with an interest in this area to join the Tender Working Party (TWP) and help shape the framework agreement. You have the option to get involved in reviewing and approving the framework strategy and ITT documentation, and we would also invite you to take part in the evaluation. You are able to participate in as much or as little as your availability enables.
The approximate timescales are as follows:
Preparation Stage - Strategy and development of Tender Documentation | 25/08/2021- 29/11/2021 |
Publication of Contract Notice and ITT issue | 30/11/2021 |
Evaluation of tenders (4 weeks approx.) | Throughout January 2022 |
Framework Agreement Start | 18/03/2022 |
