UK Universities Procurement Consortia (UKUPC) and Jisc have launched a new joint IT procurement brochure, bringing together, for the first time, a comprehensive view of the software, content agreements and frameworks available to UK education, research, and public sector organisations.
The new resource provides a single, easy-to-navigate view of the routes institutions can use to procure digital technologies, infrastructure, software, cloud services and cyber security solutions.
By aligning UKUPC’s framework agreements with Jisc’s sector-wide procurement portfolio, the brochure helps organisations quickly identify appropriate, cost-effective and compliant options to meet their digital needs.
Developed through close cross-sector collaboration, it reflects a shared commitment to making the procurement landscape clearer and more accessible for the sector.

The brochure showcases both procurement frameworks and sector-negotiated licensing agreements, illustrating how institutions can bring these together to support more effective and efficient procurement approaches.
