On Tuesday, the Cabinet Office published their Green Paper for transforming public procurement which you can read here. In conjunction with our UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC) partners, LUPC will be looking for input from our members to feed into a co-ordinated UKUPC-wide response.

The Cabinet Office’s consultation on the Green Paper closes at 11.45pm on 10 March 2021. If you have any initial feedback, please feel free to send that to Emma Keenan, or feedback directly to the Cabinet Office (procurement.reform@cabinetoffice.gov.uk). We will distribute a survey in January seeking more formalised views on the paper’s content. We will also ensure we cover this topic at our next Heads of Procurement meeting taking place on 29 January at 9.30am.
