LUPC is seeking applications from its membership to fill two vacancies for non-remunerated Board posts. These are exciting posts and as a Board member, you would be responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the Consortium as well as setting the budget, electing the Chair and Deputy Chair, publishing the Annual Report and Accounts, and all other duties and responsibilities commensurate with directing the company.

In particular, we would like to hear from candidates who have a Director role in HR for one of the vacancies, as this is an area of expertise not fulfilled by the current Board membership.

The Board meets four times annually and delegates day-to-day management responsibility to the Director and decisions as to operational priorities to LUPC’s Executive Committee. Board minutes are available on request - please email s.picken@lupc.ac.uk.
