On 23 November 2020, the Cabinet Office published Procurement Policy Note PPN 08/20 Introduction of Find a Tender.  The PPN includes information on Find a Tender, the new UK e-notification service for the publication of new procurements. This replaces the need to publish notices in the Official Journal of the European Union’s Tenders Electronic Daily (OJEU/TED) after the end of the Transition Period (31 December 2020). 

The provisions of this PPN should be applied after 31 December for new procurements. Notices relating to procurements in progress at this date will still require publishing in TED. Full information can be found in the PPN.
