NEUPC has launched the new Audio Visual framework agreement, available to LUPC members. This new agreement, live from 7 August, was designed by experienced AV Technicians, managers and purchasing experts from institutions within the participating consortia membership and covers the full range of audio visual goods and services.

The lots are presented both geographically (greater London and South East England for LUPC members) and also dependant on whether it is a small or large contract determined by the value (indicative value of above and below £100k) and scale of the project.

Lots 8a and 9a represent Large Contracts for the South East and Greater London respectively and include the following suppliers;

  • CDEC
  • Cinos
  • DesignAV
  • GVMN
  • IDNS
  • Pure
  • Reflex
  • Roche
  • Saville
  • Snelling

Lots 8b and 9b represent Small Contracts for the South East and Greater London and include the following suppliers;

  • CDEC
  • GVMN
  • Reflex
  • Roche
  • Snelling

Institutions are able to use their discretion to determine the most appropriate lot, and may choose to call competition from multiple lots.

In addition to significant direct price based and price versus market savings, this framework also provides flexible call-off options and access to a range of both regional and SME suppliers.

Full details of the agreement, including the Buyers Guide, pricing information and supplier contact details can be found on HE Contracts.

For any questions regarding this framework, please contact Mike Kilner, LUPC Senior Contracts Manager.
