Tender Documentation Templates are now available for members of LUPC, NEUPC and SUPC as a useful resource for procurement teams, supporting future tendering and providing a level of risk mitigation for organisations. A webinar to demonstrate how members can best use the templates is taking place on 20 June 10.00-11.00 (see further details below).

LUPC has worked with legal services provider, Brodies LLP, to provide these on behalf of its members and those of NEUPC and SUPC.

The template resources are detailed below and are available to download from the resources section of the LUPC website, behind the member login:

The templates are suitable for Goods and Services and have been designed in a generic format.  They can be expanded upon further for specific complex requirements with the additions of schedules, or expansion of specific key areas which need to be supported by strong contractual conditions/terms.

They include drafting and guidance notes for consideration and further information which will support you when you are populating the documents.

The full suite of templates has been designed to allow for all of the stages of a full procurement process.  When designing your ITT, the draft terms and conditions can be tailored for inclusion within the documents that will be published at ITT stage.

With regards to the terms and conditions, a series of schedules have been produced to support the core contract.  Consideration should be given to these areas to determine which schedules apply.

If you believe that any of the templates from Brodies or the instructions from LUPC are unclear, please do not hesitate to contact Martin Sloan at Brodies or enquiries@lupc.ac.uk.
