The Doors Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services framework agreement (EFM1045 AP) is now live and will run for a period of two years with the option to extend for a further 24 months. The framework covers the installation, maintenance and repair of automatic and roller shutter doors.  

It is split in to six geographical lots as detailed below along with a list of the appointed suppliers for the Greater London lot:

Lot 1 – Scotland: Central and South

Lot 2 – Scotland: Highlands and Islands

Lot 3 – North West (including North England, Northern Ireland and North Wales)

Lot 4 – North East

Lot 5 – Greater London Area

Call-off mechanisms are by Direct Award via Ranking, Desktop Evaluation or by Mini-competition
