LUPC is holding regular Q&A sessions for LUPC members to address any questions around the new Procurement Act 2023 and its implementation.  These sessions are run by Mohamed Hans, an expert on the interpretation of public procurement rules. There will be a theme for each session with plenty of time for members to raise any concerns or questions they have for open discussion with Mohamed.

With just over a month until the Procurement Act 2023 will finally “Go-Live”,  the latest LUPC Practitioner Support session will updates and discussion on:

• General price rises from supplier’s (responding to Employers NI increase) – what do you do?
• Procurement Specific Questionnaire
• Continue with Define Guidance
• Q/A
