The Procurement Act 2023 (PA2023) comes into place on 24 February 2025. We have produced a Briefing Note on Key Points of the PA2023 for Finance Leads as a high level summary.

Who is this webinar for?
This session is aimed at Senior Officers and Finance Leads. Heads of Procurement are very welcome too and we recommend that anyone in a Procurement role forward this communication to their Finance lead. Highly relevant to contracting authorities, it could also be of interest to non-contracting authorities, including those who have opted out of the regulations, as adherence to the Public Procurement regulations may be required when undertaking procurements under grants/research funding.
