LUPC is holding regular Q&A sessions for LUPC members to address any questions around the new Procurement Act 2023 and its implementation.  These sessions are run by Mohamed Hans, an expert on the interpretation of public procurement rules. There will be a theme for each session with plenty of time for members to raise any concerns or questions they have for open discussion with Mohamed.

This will be the first session since the go live of the new Act and we will be able to discuss any teething issues, and potential solutions, together. 

If there is anything in particular you wish to be discussed or to be covered, please note this in the section provided at the time of registration and we can factor this into the agenda for this session.
