This two-hour online Specification Writing session, delivered by Pass Procurement, will look at the key aspects involved in writing specifications that ensure your needs are best met.

Course Content:

• Explore the need for consultation and how any pre-procurement activities fit in.
• Identify and define the different types of specification.
• Discuss specification writing and style.
• Detail the structure and content of specifications including KPIs.
• Demonstrate the implications of flawed specification.
• Explain the need for SMART Specifications.

Please note, dependent on interest, we may need to limit attendance to a maximum of two per member organisation.
