LUPC’s Annual Review for 2023-24 showcases activity and value for members over the last year.
Our members spent £279m throughout the year on over 100 framework agreements delivered by LUPC and our UKUPC partners, delivering £19.2m in savings to our members. Our return on investment (the ratio of savings delivered to the membership subscriptions) is now at 81:1.
This report details the work of LUPC and includes:
- the highlights during 2023-24 of our key category areas and responsible procurement initiatives,
- an overview of our 2023-24 financial position,
- a review of work across UKUPC,
- a final update on our achievements against the KPIs of our corporate strategy for 2021-24; Working together to achieve shared goals in a changing world. This also includes progress against the KPIs of our Responsible Procurement Strategic Plan, and
- how we have engaged with our members through the delivery of events, training and networking opportunities, and the resources we have provided to assist with procurement activities.
