LUPC’s corporate strategy for 2024-28 launches today. It has been developed following wide consultation with LUPC stakeholders including the LUPC Board, Executive Committee and Team. Our thanks goes to all those involved in providing valuable input to shape our new strategy.
As part of forming the strategy, we have evolved our mission statement and set out our core values.

The four principles that will guide our operations, interactions, and strategic decisions are:

Delivering excellence for members is at the core of our activity. - Responsibility
Our key responsible procurement themes are decarbonisation; waste reduction; modern slavery mitigation; equality & diversity; and improving working conditions and social value through our supply chains. - Integrity
We will act with integrity in everything we do and will be responsible and accountable for our actions.
- Working in Partnership
We will maintain strong co-operative relationships with procurement consortia, members, suppliers and partners

We have set out 17 objectives against our 4 main values, measurable by 10 KPIs.
