To help LUPC recover the correct framework levy from suppliers for re-investment into the delivery of  high-quality services for members, LUPC requests its members to report all call-offs made on UKUPC frameworks.

What members need to do:

  1. Tell the supplier they are calling off from a UKUPC framework.
  2. Include the framework name and reference on their contract and purchase order.
  3. Submit the quick webform via the “Report Framework Usage” button found on every framework page of the LUPC website (providing framework title, reference, supplier, contract dates, and value).
  4. Share their annual spend data with LUPC when requested.

Accurate reporting ensures members receive correct framework pricing. It also helps LUPC collect all monies owed by suppliers to re-invest in the services and benefits for our members:

  • Every framework provides access to a high-quality supply chain through a strategic procurement which includes commercial and competitive pricing and on-going supplier due diligence
  • Continuous improvement of our service offering, responding to the future landscape and needs of our members
  • Member resources enabling access to guidance, templates, and a comprehensive training programme.

Routine and prompt reporting of framework usage to LUPC will facilitate the continued support and resources provided to our members.
