This framework provides a compliant and efficient route to market for Executive and Senior Specialist Search and Associated Recruitment Services across the UK public sector. Available to further and higher education institutions and other public bodies, it offers access to experienced recruitment providers delivering value for money, capped rates, value-added services, and strong stakeholder engagement. The agreement also promotes responsible procurement practices through commitments to equality and diversity, community benefits, and sustainable supply chain management.
The agreement will run from 30th August 2026 to 29th August 2029 with extension options until 30th August 2030.
The framework is open to APUC, LUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, NHS National Procurement and its members, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland, NHS Golden Jubilee, NHS24, Scotland Excel and its members, Scottish Ambulance Service, Scottish Government and The State Hospitals Board for Scotland.
