LUPC works in partnership with a number of key partners to offer our members the very best service.
LUPC offers our members more than 100 supply agreements, however we don’t tender all these ourselves. We work closely with our UKUPC partners to tender agreements and share them reciprocally across all our memberships, thus maximising our resources and the portfolio of agreements we can offer.
UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC)
LUPC and our UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC) partners are all about collaboration – the eight UK consortia, comprising the regional consortia detailed below along with The Energy Consortium and the University Caterers Organisation, have teamed up to conduct our procurement activities with the goal of achieving financial and operational efficiencies, as well as sharing best practice.
By working together to harness the power of group purchasing, we are able to save time and money whilst also increasing our teams’ skills and capabilities which in turn benefits our members. By integrating the efforts of our expert teams, we can provide savings, efficiencies and better service for all of the UKUPC community.
