Available to NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC and HEPCW, the agreement covers the procurement of AudioVisual Equipment and Services: System Design/Consultancy, Supplies, Installation and Maintenance.
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to deliver an efficient and compliant route to market for participating public bodies, by minimising the resource requirement and providing value for money.
The procurement strategy, tender documentation and evaluation have been undertaken by the tender working party which consisted of experienced AV Technicians, managers and purchasing experts from institutions within the participating consortia membership.
Framework Levy – 0.5% on supplier turnover
Member rebate scheme – quoted by supplier, based on aggregated annual spend, and applicable for the lifetime of any call-offs ie notwithstanding the expiry of the Framework Agreement. This provides a ‘gain-share’ benefit, reflecting the fact that greater efficiencies are obtainable where larger spend is awarded through the Framework.
Anticipated Framework Benefit Types (BT) to be calculated in accordance with HEPA Procurement Benefits Reporting Guidance: HEPA : Higher Education Procurement Association
Any amounts due will be calculated by the NEUPC on completion of the final quarters Management Information Returns each year. These will then be distributed in line with the procedures in pace at each consortia for Member Rebates.
